This service included all the improvements and developments that AySA decided on the different systems that make up its Geographic Information System.
AySA defined the priorities of evolutionary maintenance, which should be adjusted according to the needs of possible pending corrective maintenance.
The development tasks were carried out in the offices of AySA, coordinating with its staff the production of them since the staff of our company did not have access to the production environment.
These tasks included improvements to multiple system components, such as reports, interfaces with other systems, data model adjustments, and improvements related to overall system performance.
Monthly a report was issued with the number of hours of development staff and the detail of the tasks performed as part of the service certification.
