Description of the services provided by the firm’s staff for the project:

  • Informatization of 23 Municipalities of the province in the areas of Cadastre, Private Works and Public Works.
  • Implementation of the calculation methodology to obtain a Real Estate Reference Value of each of the properties of the province.
  • Update the status of the plots within the urban share land.
  • Establishment of the provincial process for the Determination of the Parcel State and its incorporation into the Cadastral Certificate.
  • Automation of the calculation of the pattern of Provincial real estate.
  • Update web applications for Professionals.
  • Technology Transfer and Technical Support.

Extended Description:

The system had useful general functions to navigate the map of municipalities and manage the data in graphical and alphanumeric form. They also have the possibility to add the layers of information that each municipality deems appropriate,

The modules implemented were as follows:

Cadastre: following functions typical of the administration of a Cadastre Office of any municipality are in this module:

  • Maintaining and updating territorial data
  • Searches and Inquiries
  • Managing taxpayers and property owners

Planning: The maintenance of the information required by the Urban Planning area is carried out in this module, including the infrastructure data of the municipality:

  • Maintenance of the Urban Planning Code, Attributes and their Values by Zone.
  • Maintenance of Objects and Infrastructure Data.
  • Generation of Zonal Reports.
  • Infrastructure Object Reports.

Private Works: The Private Works module allows to record the information of the works presented and facilitate the consultation of them from any sector to verify their status. The data to be registered include cadastral references, destination of the procedure, interveners such as owner and acting professional, specific data of the work and plans or other documents registered digitally.

Certificates: This module allows you to configure custom municipal certificates using frequently used default templates.

Valuations: The Valuations Module allows to value the properties of the municipality in a few minutes in a massive scale, modify them individually if necessary.

It includes the ability to simulate valuations based on regulatory changes and verify the impact of the regulations without affecting the current tax base.

Inspections: The Inspections Module allows you to plan and record the results of inspections. Manage your workforce in a simple and intuitive way.

In addition, it allows you to print Reports by Period and by Inspection Type.

Security: This module manages application security. It configures parameters such as: tool access limits, and password features; Administration of Users, Profiles and Schedules; and all about audits.
