The objective of the project was to carry out a survey and study in relation to the affectation and constitution of the electro-duct bondage of electrical installations owned by distributors and/or carriers.
Project scope
- The survey and study of the state in which the electrical installations owned by the Carriers and/or Distributors in connection with the impact and constitution of electroduct easements (Laws 19.552 and 24.065) are located through the collection, review and analysis of the relevant supporting documentation.
- Verification of the emerging commitments of the Letters of Understanding signed by the Carriers with UNIREN with respect to the regularization of the electroduct easements of the facilities received at the date of the inauguration, compliance with the Work Plans of the National Concession Electric Carriers and Distributors arising from Res ENRE No. 507/00, and the regularization of the electroducts easements corresponding to the installations after the latter standard.
- The study and proposal of the Scale of Values to be taken into account to determine the coefficient of restriction for compensation of bondage in the space occupied by chambers or processing centers, and transport lines.
- The analysis of the processes involved in the ENRE related to the management of the easements of passage and the design of a comprehensive computer system for its management
