This project aimed to implement a Corporate Geographic Information System with a comprehensive solution that encompasses the entire organization.
The mapping base used covers the entire country with identification of provinces, parties (or departments), localities, routes, rivers and major geographical accidents.
Customer Service Center operators use this platform to provide information about the status of the service in the area from which the Customer is called, while recording claims with the precise geographic reference.
This platform has specific applications for the use of Engineering areas.
In addition to the activities of the GIS project, the complete design and implementation of the Datawarehouse was carried out.
As part of the project, GIS software licensing, country-wide general mapping, conversion of city-by-detail mapping, application development, and analysis and consulting tasks required for the full development of applications were included.
