An e-Learning Mode Training Moodle Platform was implemented and made available to AySA that enabled the dictation of a course for AutoCad Map 2008 users who needed to migrate to the 2012 release.
The service consisted of a survey of the needs to be covered by training, leaving operational and maintaining a Moodle platform outside the AySA facility during training time, preparing training materials, coordinating student enrolment on the portal, preparing assessments and making available to AySA staff suitable for mail consultations or on a personal basis for a period of support for 3 consecutive months start of the project.
In addition, on a monthly basis, AySA was provided with the necessary management information to know the evolution in the training process of each of the students.
