  • Implementation of a technological platform on which several management tools were developed and integrated, allowing the different areas of the Municipality to share data, technology and the same vision of the territory.
  • Endowment of state-of-the-art technology and reliable databases, to have truthful and timely information regarding their social, productive and regional situation, for all users who must make decisions.
  • Creation of a new link with the community, through information of general interest via Internet.
  • Increased fundraising to make it possible to achieve the realization of the proposed objectives with genuine funds.

In this project Geosystems developed the following tasks:

Informatization of the Cadastre Office

Implementation in the Cadastre office of the Municipality a computer application that allowed to systematize the day-to-day management of that office and the maintenance of the cadastral components of the Database of the Territorial Information System of the Municipality. This Application is composed of a series of functions specifically designed for the municipal management of the cadastre office and consists of the following modules:

  • Security Module
  • Consultations module
  • Alphanumeric ABM module and graph
  • Reporting and Certification Module
  • Web Query Module

 Cadastre application: a cadastral application that works simultaneously with alphanumeric information and graph was developed, so that each existing object in the cadastre database is displayed to the user in its correct cartographic location and with all its associated alphanumeric information. The application allowed to configure the access and capabilities of the different users of the system according to the security scheme that the operational modality of the Municipality requires. The application is flexible and allows the interrelationship with other systems used by the different areas of the Municipality. The solution is modular and therefore scalable and will ensure from all points of view the growth to provide new services within the Municipality through the development of new thematic layers.

Informatization of the Private Works Office

This application covers the following features:

  • Maintenance and consultation of construction plane dossier identification, start date and plan approval
  • Maintenance and consultation of work plan type
  • Maintenance and consultation of the destination of the work
  • Surface maintenance and consultation of complementary improvements and facilities
  • Maintenance and consultation of inspections
  • Maintenance and consultation of plans
  • Maintenance and consultation of professionals
