This project, composed of the ASSA Group, consisted of the development of a diagnosis of the situation in the management of geographical information of Pan American Energy (PAE) and the definition of the guidelines of a strategic map that would define the basic guidelines for the implementation of its Corporate Geographic Information System (GIS). This work particularly analyzed the company’s global requirements, the particular needs of each area, its IT strategy, the available GIS-related technology, and a clear strategy for the evolution and maintenance of systems and data.
