Systematization of the process of quality control of the information received from the distribution companies, in order to assure the community that: the published indicators, the credited compensations, the information to users, the levels of technical service and quality of the product delivered, the trade indicators, the subsidies granted, among others, are the actually provided and informed, according to the current regulatory framework.
To provide the EPRE Directorate and the main ones involved in the decision-making process, a control and management tool containing the calculated and updated indicators on consistent and timely information in each of the key areas of the Agency: Quality of Technical Service, Commercial Service and Technical Product.
Update EPRE personnel in the skills and/or resources aimed at obtaining a continuous improvement of the Audit and Computer Security procedures that guarantee the quality of the results of the control and audit processes implemented.
Scopes of the Project
Relieve, develop, and deploy the following subsystems:
- System for the Reception and Evaluation of Information Submitted by Distributor Companies.
- System for the Control and Management of Quality Information Technical Service. Calculation of Indicators and Compensation.
- System for the Control and Management of Technical Product Quality. Calculation of Indicators and Compensation.
- System of Calculation and Management of Trade Quality Indicators.
- Force Majeure Case Monitoring System.
- Control Board for the publication of Distributors’ performance indicators in each key area.
- System for file automation and recovery of EPRE Resolutions
- Train EPRE staff in information systems auditing and computer security.
- Provide the software and hardware infrastructure needed to ensure the operation of the developed systems and the transfer of knowledge necessary for their maintenance.
- Transfer of knowledge and experience to the area of Computer Technology that allows them to maintain the systems; and development of new requirements that internal users make.
